As a managing director with Invotex Group, Joseph S. Estabrook is directly responsible for performance and oversight of engagements in complex litigation and consulting matters involving valuation, damages, tax and financial issues. He has more than 30 years of experience and has been responsible for hundreds of consulting assignments in the areas of business valuation, litigation and dispute resolution services, providing both expert witness and consulting services. He has been qualified as an expert witness in business valuations, damages, tax and financial issues. He has valued businesses, intellectual property, and other ownership interests in numerous industries. Mr. Estabrook has also been engaged to investigate and analyze numerous losses and improprieties, including inventory losses, misappropriation of funds, searches for hidden assets, undervalued assets and financial fraud. In addition, he has provided attorney case assistance to facilitate the discovery process, develop case strategy, analyze experts’ positions and control document management. |
